NHS Leadership fellow Dr Mark Gregory presents his seminal workshop on modern medical professionalism, followed by the Lead In Health AGM.

What do doctors do? What should we really be doing? Who is in charge?What is our role in shaping the national healthcare debate? In what areas should the profession evolve in the future?
This workshop aims to extend the understanding of medical professionalism; to equip participants appropriately to deliver effective and strong leadership within our health service.
