Lead-In is a network for healthcare leadership and innovation led by medical students and trainees.

Established in 2004, Lead-In hosts regular events, enabling members to learn, share and develop their skills and experience, alongside established industry professionals.

Our motto is, “Expanding visions of healthcare”.

Our aims are to:

  • Enable our members to engage critically with healthcare delivery and technology,
  • Empower our members to make responsible, effective change in healthcare,
  • Foster forward-thinking collaborations with external organisations and institutions to improve healthcare now and in the future.

We are a voluntarily run network and rely on the support of our sponsors. Our gratification comes from expanding the network, learning from each other and developing successful collaborations.

If you are interested in working with or supporting Lead-In, please get in touch. If you would like to become a member, please sign up for free here.
